hill homes was even better than our previous stay in hvammstangi! the spacious, clean holiday home with comfy couches and beds, plus a fully equipped kitchen, made us feel right at home. the location was perfect - out of town but within walking distance. we woke up to the peaceful sound of sheep and the view of the arctic ocean was absolutely incredible.

Fabulous! The hill homes are brand new 1 room apartments of top quality. Everything was completely new and fresh. The design is very pure, simple and typically Scandinavian. The bedroom was perfect, clean and spacious enough for two, very comfortable beds. The living room with kitchen is very spacious with wonderful view over the sea. There are plenty of windows so there's lots of light and dark curtains if needed. The bathroom is brand new with a nice modern shower. What was also nice was the wooden table and benches just outside the house. Perfect for a morning coffee or to chill at any time. Helga was so friendly and passionate about this new project, we really felt very welcome.We were very sad to leave, I would definitely recommend it and go back.

The location of our holiday home was mind-blowingly beautiful, with a jaw-dropping view and charming town atmosphere. The lockbox made key pick-up and drop-off super simple. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cabin kept us warm throughout our stay. We opted for dinner at the nearby restaurant, which was absolutely wonderful. The spacious and clean apartment had a comfy couch, and the kitchen had all the basics provided, including a filter coffee machine. Plus, the sound of sheep waking us up was a delightful surprise. a fantastic experience!

The cozy bungalows offer beautiful sea views, with plenty of natural light and modern amenities. The compound provides privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Conveniently located near a town with restaurants and shops, the bungalows also have parking and outdoor seating.

the hill homes were absolutely fabulous! with a stunning view of the arctic ocean, they felt brand new and incredibly cozy and modern. the owner was super accommodating, meeting us last minute. couldn't find a fault, everything was perfect. we were sad to leave.

Difficult lock, hard to open/close door.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop during our stay. the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep.

One drawback was the difficulty in operating the lock on the door, which could be a problem arriving late without assistance. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clear instructions or a video tutorial on how to use the lockbox.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage nestled on a hill. The location, although remote, provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The spacious rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The host was also accommodating, allowing us to check out late due to our late arrival. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The water had a slight sulfur smell, which made us hesitant to drink it.

Basic cooking facilities and a stocked fridge allowed for convenient meals. the nearby river offered a scenic path for exploration.

The apartment had some temperature control issues in the bathroom, with it being too warm, and the water in the shower fluctuated between being too hot or too cold.
